Center. Tai Chi is offered 8:30 at 9:15 a.m. in Conneaut Human
Resource Center's main hall, 327 Mill Street. Adults of all ages can take
advantage of Tai Chi, a series of gentle stretching movements which offer health
benefits. Ashtabula - Multiple Sclerosis Support Group meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month, at 6 p.m. at the Kent State Ashtabula Campus, 3380 Lake Rd. - West, in the Blue & Gold Room, handicap accommodating. Ashtabula - Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA) is a Twelve Step Fellowship of men
and women whose common purpose is recovery from codependence and the development
and maintenance of healthy relationships. The CoDA meeting is on

Jefferson - Alzheimer's Association - Jefferson Support Group - meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. at Jefferson United Methodist Church, 125 East Jefferson St. These Support Groups are designed for caregivers of persons with memory loss. Attendance is open to the public. Reservations are not required. |
