CONNEAUT SENIORS Conneaut Human Resources Center, 327 Mill St., welcomes all senior citizens to free events for the Seniors Together program. Programs begin 11 a.m. unless otherwise noted. Lunch is served noon Monday thru Friday, with two day notice required. Transportation is available. For more information call the center at 593-5273 extension 313.


GOOD SHEPHERD LUTHERAN CHURCH 876 Grove Street, Conneaut, OH
	Hosts a community seniors group 10 a.m. on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month. Sessions begin with devotions followed by exercise or walking time, program, light lunch and fellowship. For more information or to register contact program director Kathy Vaux-Paden at the church. Cost for lunch is $1.50. All area seniors or welcome.

MONROE SIRENS 2009 Schedule (Click Here for Circle of Friends Schedule) Seniors Together regularly conducts programs for folks 55 years and older weekdays in the basement of the Methodist Church, adjacent to the Town Hall, on Route 7. Sign-in is 9:30 a.m. and programs last from 10 a.m. to noon. Regular events include:

July 17 - 19, 2009	BUS TRIP to MACKINAW ISLAND & FRANKENMUTH - join an Anderson tour for a special Conneaut pick-up - Enjoy Mackinaw Island complete with a carriage tour and lunch included at the famous Grand Hotel, sit on the front porch and soak in the beauty of the island. We will overnight for 2 nights at the cozy Baymont Hotel with time to shop in Mackinaw City. As we journey homeward, spend time in quaint Frankenmuth and visit the world famous Bronners Christmas Store. October 12 - 14, 2009	BUS TRIP - AUTUMN IN THE HILLS OF WEST VIRGINIA, - Greenbrier Estate with a tour of the Bunkers, Ride on the Cass Railroad, Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine, Railroad Museum, National Radio Center Observatory. HOSPICE OF WESTERN RESERVE
SCHEDULE

HOSPICE OF WESTERN RESERVEwill present a six week educational series assisting widows of any age with practical matters of daily life. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions, but sign-up for individual sessions are permitted. Except where noted, all workshops will be held at the Hospice office, 1166 Lake Ave., Ashtabula. Topics and dates are:
June 8	Home repairs, from 6 - 8 p.m. at Lowe's in Ashtabula
June 15	Cooking and nutrition for one, 6 - 8 p.m.
June 22	Legal and financial support - 6 - 7:30 p.m.
June 29	Self care, 6 - 7:30 p.m.
July 13	Basic auto repairs, 6 - 8 p.m. at Nassief's in Jefferson

MONDAYS	Jefferson - Al-Anon meetings are held on Monday nights at 8 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 89 East Satin St.
TUESDAYS	Conneaut - FREE Tai Chi classes are now at the Conneaut Human Resources Center. Tai Chi is offered 8:30 at 9:15 a.m. in Conneaut Human Resource Center's main hall, 327 Mill Street. Adults of all ages can take advantage of Tai Chi, a series of gentle stretching movements which offer health benefits. Ashtabula - Multiple Sclerosis Support Group meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month, at 6 p.m. at the Kent State Ashtabula Campus, 3380 Lake Rd. - West, in the Blue & Gold Room, handicap accommodating. WEDNESDAYS
THURSDAYS	Ashtabula - Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA) is a Twelve Step Fellowship of men and women whose common purpose is recovery from codependence and the development and maintenance of healthy relationships. The CoDA meeting is on Thursdays, 7 - 8 p.m. at Messiah Llutheran Church, corner of Station Ave., and Route 20. Kingsville - The Kingsville Public Library's Welcome Center will be having line dancing lessons every Thursday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Cost is $3., no pre-registration necessary. Jefferson - Alzheimer's Association - Jefferson Support Group - meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. at Jefferson United Methodist Church, 125 East Jefferson St. These Support Groups are designed for caregivers of persons with memory loss. Attendance is open to the public. Reservations are not required.
FRIDAYS	Ashtabula - Singles Friendship Club will now meet at the Ashtabula Senior Center, Main Avenue, Ashtabula, every Friday at 6:30 p.m. Come meet some old friends and make some new friends. For more information call 440-969-1838. Conneaut - An A. A. open meeting will be held every Friday from 8 - 9 p.m. at Amboy United Methodist Church in Conneaut.
