PERSONS BURIED IN CENTER CEMETERY
ALBION, Pa. - Eleanor E. Warren, 73, of Cherry Hill Road, died Monday, Sept.
16, 2002, at St. Vincent Health Center, Erie.
Born Jan. 4, 1929, in Ashtabula, she was the daughter of Vaino and Elsie (Sidbeck) Malin. She married Ray A. Warren Nov. 22, 1952.
A resident of the Albion area for the past 44 years, she was employed as a machine operator for the former Astatic Corp., Conneaut, for 38 years, retiring in 1990.
Mrs. Warren attended the Federated Church and was a member of the Cherry Hill Grange and HAWK, an animal protection organization.
An avid bowler, she enjoyed her family, horses, gardening, canning, traveling, reading and helping others.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Sr.; two sons, Ray A. Jr. of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, and Timothy of Albion, Pa.; a brother, Wesley D. Malin of Conneaut; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Thomas A. Warren; and a sister, Inez Ylisaari.
Service is 11 a.m. Friday at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, with the Rev. Edward Huntley, pastor of the Federated Church of East Springfield, officiating. Burial will be in Center Cemetery, Conneaut.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
